What is exam eligibility criteria for SPHRi (HRCI) ?
- A minimum of 4 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a Master’s degree or global equivalent, OR
- A minimum of 5 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a Bachelor’s degree or global equivalent, OR
- A minimum of 7 years of professional-level experience in an HR position with a high school diploma or global equivalent
What is Exam Format and Length for SPHRi (HRCI) ?
Exam time: 2 hours and 30 minutes. Exam length: 105 scored questions (mostly multiple-choice) + 25 pretest questions
What is the meaning of Certification Cycle SPHRi (HRCI) ?
All Certifications are valid for three years. Recertification is required every three years through demonstrated professional development (preferred method) or retaking the exam.
Earn 60 recertification credit hours, of which 15 credit hours are in International HR OR retake exam.

How much marks I require to pass SPHRi (HRCI) ?
The passing score for each exam (based on a scaled score) is 500. The minimum possible score is 100. The maximum possible score is 700.
When can I give SPHRi (HRCI) exams?
Testing for the SPHRi is available year-round, subject to availability at the Prometric testing center of your choice. Attention: Effective March 1, 2018, all HRCI exams will be delivered by Pearson VUE instead of Prometric.
